Simple rules.
Awkward consequences.

Choose your own share.
Each person privately asks for £0–£1,000 from the same imaginary pot. You can use pounds and pence.

Keep it to yourself.
Pass the device to the next player. No peeking, no checking earlier answers.

Reveal the grand total.
If the requests add up to £1,000 or less, everyone keeps their full request.

Too much? Someone loses out.
If the total is over £1,000, remove the largest request. That player gets £0. Repeat until the remaining total fits.

What if two people ask for the same largest amount?

When a tie must be broken, the game randomly selects one of the tied requests. All requests stay secret until the reveal.

This is the home edition of Round One. Your scores are just for fun and do not affect the official leaderboard or BMG Bucks. No real money changes hands.
