First find the cheapest unit price. Then choose the cheapest checkout total for at least 12 pots (buying whole packs).

Shop B is cheapest per pot. Shop C is the best buy for 12.
For Shop C, the first two four-packs cost £2.40 + £1.20 = £3.60. The third costs £2.40, so 12 pots total £6.00.
The cheapest unit price isn't always the cheapest option for what you actually need.
